Overview

When you visit Chandigarh, you get a blend of both the worlds, where concrete grandeur co-exists in harmony with gorgeous gardens, while magnificent mountains loom in the horizon. Spend some time in this well-planned city, designed by the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier. Known as “City Beautiful,” one can almost smell the mountain air as one enjoys the umpteen gardens in Chandigarh. One of the main attractions in Chandigarh include Nek Chand Rock Garden, a 25-acre sculpture garden where most sculptures are made of stones, debris and other discarded junk. The sculptures are an enchanting testament to Nek Chand’s perseverance and talent. With over 1500 species of different colors of roses, medicinal plants and beautiful fountains, Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is one of the largest such gardens in Asia. Other places of sightseeing in Chandigarh include the Government Museum and Art Gallery, the Open Hand Monument, Leisure Valley, Sukhna Lake and so on. This is a city where one can explore the multiple facets it has to offer and revel in its marvelous beauty.

Tour Plan

Day 1 - Drive from Delhi to Manali (570 km/approx. 14 hours)

The car will pick you up after you arrive at the airport/railway station and take you to Manali. Check-in at the hotel and spend the evening at your leisure.

Day 2 - Trip to Rohtang Pass ( On Direct Payment)

In the morning, go on an adventurous drive up the Rohtang Pass. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. In the evening, go for a walk along Mall Road. and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 - Sightseeing in Manali

After breakfast, visit some local tourist attractions in Manali. Spend the evening at your leisure. and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 - Drive from Manali to Chandigarh (325 km/approx. 8 hours)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 - Drive from Chandigarh to Delhi (250 km/approx. 5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Delhi for the return journey. TOUR ENDS.
