Day 1. Ahmedabad - Bhuj
Start your journey from Ahmedabad to Bhuj. The distance between Ahmedabad and Bhuj is approximately 335 kilometers, which takes around 6-7 hours by road. Upon reaching Bhuj, check-in to your accommodation and take some rest. In the afternoon, visit the famous Aina Mahal, a stunning palace known for its exquisite architecture and mirror work. Explore the nearby Prag Mahal, a grand palace with a unique blend of Italian Gothic and local architecture. Visit the Bhujodi Village, known for its traditional textile handicrafts. You can witness artisans weaving beautiful textiles and shop for authentic handicrafts. Enjoy a traditional Gujarati dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Bhuj.
Day 2. Bhuj - Rann of Kutch
After breakfast, start your journey towards the Rann of Kutch, which is about 80 kilometers from Bhuj. Reach the Tent City at the Rann Utsav and check-in to your accommodation. Enjoy some leisure time and explore the surroundings of the Tent City. Witness the stunning sunset at the White Rann and experience the serene beauty of the salt desert. Enjoy cultural performances by local artists, including folk music and dance. Relish a delicious dinner at the Tent City and spend the night in your comfortable tent.
Day 3. Rann Utsav
Wake up early to witness the captivating sunrise over the White Rann. After breakfast, participate in various activities available at the Tent City, such as camel rides, ATV rides, paramotoring, and more. Visit nearby villages to explore the local culture and handicrafts. Interact with artisans and shop for traditional textiles, handicrafts, and jewelry. Enjoy a traditional Gujarati lunch at the Tent City. In the evening, visit the Rann Utsav's main cultural area, where you can enjoy live performances, music, dance, and other cultural activities. Indulge in a sumptuous dinner and spend the night at the Tent City.
Day 4. Rann of Kutch - Bhuj - Jamnagar
After breakfast, check-out from the Tent City and start your journey back to Bhuj. On the way, visit the famous Bhuj attractions, such as the Bhuj Museum, Hamirsar Lake, and Swaminarayan Temple. Enjoy a local lunch in Bhuj and explore the vibrant markets for shopping traditional crafts and textiles. In the evening, head to Jamnagar. Overnight stay at Jamnagar.
Day 5. Jamnagar - Dwarka
After breakfast, Visit - Darbar gadh Palace, Lakhota Lake & Bala Hanuman Temple known for its nonstop Ramdhun since 1956 and it mentioned in Guinness Book of World Records in Jamnagar.
Later transfer for sight-seen of Dwarka visit -
Dwarikadhish Temple : Having a history of over 2500 years, this Chalukya style of architecture is a temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The five storied main shrine is grand and marvelous in itself and needs no further highlights.
Sudama Setu : Sudama Setu Bridge is a stunning suspension bridge built for pedestrians to cross River Gomti. It connects the ancient Jagat Temple and the sacred Panchkui teerth on the island which is associated with the legendary Pandava brothers.
Day 6. Dwarka - Beyt Dwarka - Dwarka
Have a breakfast & then head out for full day sightseen of –
Beyt Dwarka : Beyt Dwarka is an island, situated at a distance of 30 km from the main town. This island is surrounded by few temples, white beach and coral reefs. The main temple at Beyt Dwarka is that of Lord Krishna, which is believed to be located at a site that was once the residence of Lord Krishna and His family. This temple is over 500 years old and was built by Sri Vallabhacharya.
Nageshwar Jyotirlingas : Nageshwara Jyotirlinga Temple too houses a curious myth about its origin. The giant, beautiful and artistic statue of Lord Shiva mesmerizes tourists and pilgrims alike with its aesthetic appeal.
Gomti Ghat : If the holy scriptures are to be believed, the Gomti River is none other than the Ganges, descending directly from heaven. The most sought after spots out of the various shrines and ghats this is the place where the river meets the mighty ocean.
Gopi Talav : Legend has it that this is the lake where Krishna used to entice his Gopis (young female inhabitants) with his youthful pranks and romantic nature. About 20km , the lake is surrounded by sandal like yellow sand which is used by the devotees to make tilaks on their bodies. It is quite a pretty sight.
Rukhmani Temple : A small structure is an important shrine dedicated to Krishna's beloved consort, Rukmani Devi. Not as majestically gigantic , this shrine is an architectural masterpiece in itself.
Back to Hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel Dwarka.
Day 7. Dwarka - Porbandar - Somnath
After breakfast & proceed to Somnath. En route, visit the Sudama Temple and the Kirti Mandir in Porbandar. On reaching Somnath, check in at the hotel.
Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple: A highly revered religious site for Hindus, the Somnath Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of India. The Jyotirlinga is adorned with flowers, ornaments of silver and gold and people from far and wide come to worship it.
Suraj Mandir : Suraj Mandir too is situated near the Triveni Ghats and is one of the few temples dedicated to the Sun God. There are depictions of elephants, lions and various other birds and animals in the temple.
Bhalka Tirth : Bhalka Tirth is a renowned Hindu pilgrim centre which is believed to be the location where Lord Krishna was shot by a hunter's arrow. According to the sacred scripts, Lord Krishna's death marks the end of the Dvapara Yug and the beginning of the Kali Yug.
Somnath Beach : Beaches of Somnath, though crowded, have the power to lure you away in a different world of soothing waves. The beaches are not recommended for swimming but are definitely a great point to relax and unwind.
Evening Arti, Light & Sound Show (6-7 PM ) at Somnath Temple . Overnight Stay in Hotel at Somnath.
Day 8. Somnath - Diu
After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Diu. Diu Fort, Panikot Fort, Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, Sunset Point and Nagoa Beach. Overnight stay at Hotel in Diu.
Day 9. Diu - Sasan Gir
After breakfast have full day leisure at Diu. In evening check out from the hotel & transfer to Sasan Gir. Check-into Hotel. Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 10. Sasan Gir - Vadodara
After morning breakfast, head towards, Sasan Gir, home of the Asiatic Lion. After reaching Sasan Gir, Take Gir Jungle Safari-3 Hrs (Own Cost ) or Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya-30 Min ( Own Cost ) ( Every Wednesday will be closed ).
Later transfer to Vadodara. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and later set out to visit few of the famous places of the city like the - Lukshmi Vilas Palace, Nandalay Haveli, Baroda Museum And Picture Gallery, Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum. Return to the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 11. Vadodara - Statue of Unity - Vadodara
After breakfast, get ready to visit - Statue of unity, Sardar sarovar dam, Valley of Flower ,Vadgam lake, Glow garden at statue of unity. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
Day 12. Vadodara - Ahmedabad
Have abreakfast & transfer to Ahmedabad. Check into hotel & relax. Later visit sightseens of Ahmedabad such as – Gandhi Ashram, Akshardham Temple & Isckon Temple. Return to the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 13. Ahmedabad Sightseeing
Today after breakfast visit sightseens of Ahmedabad such as - Hutheesing Jain Temple, Sabarmati River Front, Iskcon Temple, Kankaria lake, Sardar Patel Museum & later in evening enjoy some local markets. Evening spent at leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 14. Ahmedabad Departure
Have a breakfast & Later check out for Railway station. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Railway Station for your onward journey. Your arrival at Ahmedabad Airport / Railway station will mark the end of the tour. Tour concludes with everlasting memories of Gujarat.
