Overview

Kovalam is a lovely little beach town in Kerala. Translating to mean ‘a grove of coconut trees’, Kovalam name is truly deserved as many coconut trees surround the city. Kovalam’s three sandy beaches, separated by rocks, draw several tourists to this picturesque little town. These beaches are the Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach and the Lighthouse Beach. Apart from these beautiful beaches, Kovalam is also famous for being a wellness hotspot. Most of the resorts in Kovalam offer Ayurvedic massages, as well as yoga, herbal body toning, and meditation sessions. The Kovalam Surf Club on Lighthouse Beach provides basic lessons on how to surfboard, as well as rents out surfboards for those interested. Several interesting cultural programmes are hosted in Kovalam. These include the Swati Thirunal Music Festival, the Nishagandhi Dance Festival, Fandango (food festival), the Elephant Festival, and the Village Fair of Kovalam. Catamaran cruises are also quite popular among tourists visiting Kovalam.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 - Trivandurm Pick up and Transfer to Kovalam

Upon arrival to Trivandrum Airprot / Railway station our excutive cum Driver will pick up you and transfer to the Hotel in Kovalam, In the evening After freshen up Proceed to Visit Shree Anantha Padmanabhaswami temple, Then Back to Hotel in Kovalam enjoy the leisure hours in Kovalam beach.

Day 2 - Kovalam - Kanyakumari transfer with on the way sightseeing

In the morning after a lavish breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Kanyakumari on the way Visit Poovar back water and then Visit Padmanabhapuram Palace. Post lunch proceed to Visit Suchindram Temple, after darshan move to Kanyakumari, upon arrival check in to the hotel and visit to see the sunset from sunset point.

Day 3 - Kanyakumari Local sightseeing and Transfer to Rameshwaram

Visit to see Sunrise in the early Morning, Then visit Kanyakumari amman temple, Vivekananda Rock memorial & Kamaraj Manimandabham. Then check out hotel and proceed to Rameshwaram, on the way see Pambha bridge. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and Night stay.

Day 4 - Rameshwaram local sightseeing & Transfer to Madurai

Early Morning Visit to Ramanathaswami temple to have Mani darshan and 22 Theerthas. After darshan visit Ramar patham, Lakshman patham and Panchmuki Hanuman Temple & Dhanushkoti beach. In the afternoon check out the hotel and proceed to Maudrai, Upon arrival check in to the hotel and Visit Meenakshi amman temple.

Day 5 - Drop at Madurai Railway station / Airport

In the morning check out hotel and Proceed to Madurai Airport / Railway station for Drop
